‘When my father had an accident a few years ago. He fell off a ladder and hit his head. He passed away about four years ago. He was a very active man and he would have hated being severely disabled.’

‘The hardest part of my job is dealing with people who are rude. They are impatient. They push you and they rush you and they expect everything really fast. They just have no empathy. If they want a quick coffee, go to McDonald’s Drive Through and then you’ll get your fast coffee.’
